Vitamin C (Ascorbic Acid), Bulking Agents (Microcrystalline Cellulose, Dicalcium Phosphate), Ferrous Bisglycinate, Zinc Citrate Dihydrate, Anti-Caking Agents (Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide), Glazing Agents (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Glycerin, Carnauba Wax), Vitamin D3 (Cholecalciferol), Copper Gluconate, Vitamin K2 (Menaquinone-7).

Take 1 tablet daily with water, or as directed by your GP.

Each tablet of Gentle Iron Complex contains 14mg ferrous bisglycinate, providing 100% of your recommended daily allowance. Termed a 'gentle iron', ferrous bisglycinate effectively delivers the benefits of iron while being gentle on your stomach - so you can boost your iron levels without the unwanted side effects.

Vitamin C and copper

To maximise iron absorption, each tablet of Gentle Iron Complex provides a winning combination of 500mg vitamin C to increase iron absorption, and 1000μg copper to support normal iron transport in the body.

Immune support
