Our formulation includes 25mg zinc (250% NRV) as picolinate. It’s a more expensive form than the zinc oxide and zinc gluconate found in many supplements, but significantly more absorbable. Vitamin C

Each capsule of Ultimate Zinc Complex contains 500mg vitamin C (625% NRV).
